What is Starlight Haven’s cancellation policy?

 

Starlight Haven requires payment in full at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

 

To receive a full refund, guest must cancel 30 days or more before the day of check-in.

 

Guests who cancel less than 30 days before the day of check-in are charged 50% of the booking amount.

 

No-shows are charge 100% of the booking amount. This policy applies to your accommodation and any other add-ons or fees associated with your reservation.

 

How are security deposits handled?

 

A $150 security deposit is included for incidentals at the time of booking. At departure, if damages are found in your accommodation, the cost for remediation will be deducted from your security deposit. If repair costs exceed the security deposit amount, you will be billed appropriately.

 

If no incidentals are discovered or reported, your security deposit will be returned to you in its full amount. Due to credit and debit card processing, it may be 5 – 10 days before the refund is reflected in your account.

What time is check-in and check-out?

 

Check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 11 AM. It's self check-in with a keypad.

 

Contact us for early check-in requests; however, early check-ins are not guaranteed.

 

Late check-outs (until 1 PM) can be accommodated for a $60 fee. Late check-outs can be purchased at the time of booking.

 

Late check-outs (until 1 PM) requested on the day of departure can be accommodated, based on availability, for a $75 fee.

 

Is there a minimum stay policy?

 

There is a 2-day minimum required on weekends. A 3 or more-day stay may be required during holidays and other events.

Are pets allowed?

 

Yes, dogs and cats are welcome at Starlight Haven in our pet friendly accommodations for an additional $75 per stay. We have a 2-pet maximum and a 50lb maximum weight limit.

 

You are responsible for keeping your pets(s) on a leash and cleaning up after the pets(s). You are liable for any claims made against your pet(s).

 

You'll be charged if you bring a pet and don't pay the pet fee.

Is smoking allowed at the property? 

 

Starlight Haven properties are non-smoking properties. A cleaning fee of up to $500 will be charged to your account if you smoke on our property. This policy applies to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis and e-cigarettes.

When are quiet hours?

 

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect other guests and help us ensure everyone has a wonderful outdoor experience.

 

Are children welcomed at Starlight Haven? 

 

Yes! We love children and believe a unique outdoor experience is great for families. Please review our occupancy policy to learn more about how children impact rates.

 

Occupancy policy

 

All rates are priced for a maximum of 2 guests. Each additional guest over two will be charged $25 plus taxes per night. Accommodations that can accompany more than 2 adults have a 3 adult or 2 adult and 2 children maximum.

Children 3 years and over are to be added as additional guests.

Do you offer daily housekeeping?

 

Starlight Haven does not offer daily housekeeping. For guests staying in accommodations with a hot tub, your hot tub water and chemicals will be checked if your stay exceeds 3 days.

 

Additional blankets, towels and other items can be made available upon request.
